Summary
This highly interactive and participative course covers the following areas:

Each of these sessions addresses a particular topic and has the following format.

Firstly, the topic is introduced in a generic sense with an explanation of its importance within project management and how the topic is generally approached.

Secondly, the session addresses how the PMI approach the topic and break it down into the precise elements. This assists delegates in sharing the same perspective as the examiner and this understanding is reinforced with simulated exam questions specific to the topic.

Thirdly, any peculiar or apparently counter-intuitive aspects of the PMI’s approach are highlighted.

Fourthly, each session includes a ‘Pardon the Jargon’ session to expose delegates to any appropriate jargon, ‘Americanisms’, ‘Buzz-words’ etc that can cause so much confusion to exam candidates.

The topics addressed by these sessions are as follows.
  • Anatomy of a project
